At Plongée Équipement Boutique, we are committed to delivering your diving equipment quickly and safely worldwide (excluding Asia and some remote areas).

Shipping Options:

  • Standard Shipping:
    • Carrier: DHL or FedEx
    • Cost: €12.95
    • Delivery Time: 10-15 business days after dispatch
  • Free Shipping:
    • Carrier: EMS
    • Available for orders over €50
    • Delivery Time: 15-25 business days after dispatch

Order Processing:

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Returns & Exchanges

Your satisfaction is our priority. We offer a straightforward 15-day return policy from the date of delivery.

Return Conditions:

  • Items must be unused, in original condition with all tags and packaging
  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility (unless we made an error)
  • Returns must be initiated within 15 days of receiving your order

Non-Returnable Items:

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Wet diving suits (once tried with water)
  • Lycras/Rashguards (clothing in direct contact with skin)
  • Regulators used in aquatic environments
  • Custom or made-to-order products

Return Process:

  1. Submit a Return Request within 15 days by emailing [email protected] with:
    • Subject: Return/Exchange Request – Order #[number]
    • Product name and reason for return
    • Your preference: refund or exchange
  2. Receive Authorization within 48 hours with:
    • Return approval
    • Detailed instructions
    • RMA number to include with your return

    Important: Use a tracked shipping method with insurance. We’re not responsible for lost or damaged return packages.

Refund Information

Once we receive and inspect your return (typically within 3-5 business days):

  • Refund Timeframe: 5-7 business days after approval
  • Refund Method: Original payment method
    • Credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, JCB): 5-7 business days
    • PayPal: 3-5 business days

Note: Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless we made an error or the product was defective.

Exchange Information

  • We’ll ship your new item once we receive and inspect your return
  • We cover shipping costs for the replacement item
  • Price differences will be adjusted via your preferred payment method
