At Plongée Équipement Boutique, we are committed to delivering your diving equipment quickly and safely worldwide (excluding Asia and some remote areas).
Order Processing:
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.
Returns & Exchanges
Your satisfaction is our priority. We offer a straightforward 15-day return policy from the date of delivery.
Return Conditions:
- Items must be unused, in original condition with all tags and packaging
- Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility (unless we made an error)
- Returns must be initiated within 15 days of receiving your order
Non-Returnable Items:
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
- Wet diving suits (once tried with water)
- Lycras/Rashguards (clothing in direct contact with skin)
- Regulators used in aquatic environments
- Custom or made-to-order products
Return Process:
- Submit a Return Request within 15 days by emailing [email protected] with:
- Subject: Return/Exchange Request – Order #[number]
- Product name and reason for return
- Your preference: refund or exchange
- Receive Authorization within 48 hours with:
- Return approval
- Detailed instructions
- RMA number to include with your return

Refund Information
Once we receive and inspect your return (typically within 3-5 business days):
- Refund Timeframe: 5-7 business days after approval
- Refund Method: Original payment method
- Credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, JCB): 5-7 business days
- PayPal: 3-5 business days
Note: Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless we made an error or the product was defective.
Exchange Information
- We’ll ship your new item once we receive and inspect your return
- We cover shipping costs for the replacement item
- Price differences will be adjusted via your preferred payment method
